The Founder

A former investment banker, Ronayne began his career at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and has since held senior leadership roles across the European real estate and infrastructure sectors.

He has served as Managing Director for two European commercial real estate funds and as Commercial Director for a data centre developer. Having executed over €570 million of commercial real estate transactions across the UK and mainland Europe, Ronayne brings deep experience in complex real estate and long‑lead‑time, infrastructure‑led projects.
